In order to create a 2-in-1 bench/squat rack that does not only meets IPF legal dimensions but also save customers a lot of money, Mike Armstrong, multi-decade powerlifting veteran and secretary of the Canadian Powerlifting Union, had to get creative and find ways to cut corners without reducing performance.

Keep in mind that this rack is not meant to be a copy of the great brands out there. The steel is not as heavy, the construction is not as "craftsman" precise, but we stand behind this product completely and are confident that it will outlast 99% of lifters. Just don't buy it expecting something identical to a product that costs 4 or 5 times the price.

The special jack system makes it simple to swiftly change the height of the J-cups while switching between athletes of various sizes — without having to spend time taking the plates off your barbell. Simply increase or decrease the position using the lever arms and the numbers in the uprights as a reference.
