The Gorila Lat Pull Down Bar Attachment for Cable Machines is definitely one to have in your arsenal. Intensify your workouts with upper body movement variations like Lat Pull Downs, Cable Rows, Front Cable Raises, Push downs, Curls, Extensions and more.
This is your standard lat pull down bar. A straight bar (1.25 OD'') with a mounting plate on top. (1) Carabiner included.
