The Gorila KONG adjustable single neutral bar will fit ONLY on Kong Series Racks & Rigs.

They are removable & adjustable so you can play with width. We used the same system we used on our J-cups so they can fit vertical or horizontal. We added a recycled & recyclable HDPE plastic liner so there's no steel on steel contact.

They also feature a 1'' chrome plated quick pin which is also a quick connect fasteners.

Use these to add variety to your pull-ups or chin-ups workouts and use them as storage for chains and bands when you're not using them. Toes to bar & leg raise with hands in neutral position are also a game changer.
