Good in high handle position
"We have found when in the "low handle" position with bumper plates the handles are on the ground and we have to put something under the plates so they hit the ground first. Other than that they are solidly built."

"It's amazing what a relatively minor change in hand position can do to make a lift easier. The bar is solid and comfortable to use. Flipping it upside down from the image above (for a "standard" deadlift height with plates loaded) gives you just enough clearance that loading/unloading plates is painless, a pleasant surprise. This bar comes with silly plastic end caps on the sleeve that will not survive regular use. It's purely cosmetic. If this bar ever gets redesigned, it would be amazing if it could be rack-able. It's only a few inches too wide to fit in my power rack."
