Multi use bar
"A bit expensive bar and heavy to move around the gym but with so many applications to it. I use it for a traditional deadlift or lunges but also for a bench pull went the bench don't allow you to pull the ball directly under, works like a charm."

"I first reviewed this in August 2020 when I first received it. It was unknown how long the gyms would be closed during the pandemic, I had to buy strategically so that whatever I bought would still be useful when the pandemic ended. More than 3 years later, I am still finding this bar one of the best purchases I'm made for my garage gym and use it 2 x weekly without fail. It is perfectly balanced horizontally, the handles are in the perfect positions for my deadlifts. When I use a box for deficit lifts, I tuck the resistance band around the handles and under the box, for variation. Remarkable bar. There have been some improvements in trap bar design since 2020, just the natural evolution of the home gym market. There are bars out there that are creative with multi handle designs, etc. and I think continuous improvements to gym /fitness benefits everyone in the industry, users and manufactures. However, I see no need to upgrade as this bar has suited all my needs perfectly. Thanks Gorila, keep up the innovations!"

"Thanks to its rackable feature, I love using this bar for overhead presses; no need to dodge the bar at every rep, and a more comfortable neutral grip. Rack pulls are great with it too. And, obviously, it’s a joy for deadlifts; loading/removing plates is a pleasure with its built-in upright stand."
Very good bar with very few drawbacks
"Very heavy duty bar, works very well. My only complaints will be the lack of handle choice (high vs low grip), the handles have a great diameter but are not knurled which is a bit of a bummer. Finally, the counterweight do not keep the bar very balanced. No matter the weight, the open structure is lighter than the back, causing the bar to be unbalanced a bit during exercises. Overall I like it abd no other bar can compare in Canada, I just wish that the above details be corrected."
