1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Gorila Fitness website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, taxes, shipping and fees are shown at checkout. We may correct errors, including pricing errors, and cancel orders that result from such errors.

4. Payments and financing

Payment is due at checkout unless a financing or invoicing arrangement is approved. Third party financing options such as Shop Pay are subject to the third party terms. Late or failed payments may result in order delays or cancellation.

5. Lead times, shipping and delivery

Lead times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect shipments upon receipt and report visible damage to the carrier promptly.

6. Custom and made to order products

Custom products are manufactured to your specifications and may be non cancellable and non returnable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any drawings or proofs.

7. Returns and exchanges

Return eligibility, restocking fees and procedures are described on our Returns page. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with a valid authorization.

8. Limited warranty

We provide warranty coverage as stated on the product or warranty page. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear or modifications.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly provided, products and services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gorila Fitness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or products.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gorila Fitness and its affiliates from any claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms or your violation of law.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

13. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and designs on the site are owned by Gorila Fitness or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content without permission.

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the site and our marketing. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing or harmful.
