This sturdy steel seat, equipped with HDPE plastic sheet protectors, quickly transforms any rack into a multi-functional workout station. It allows for the creation of surfaces at varying heights in an instant.
Perfect for a wide range of exercises, use it as-is for adjustable height training, ideal for box squats, lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and more. Alternatively, it serves as a narrow bench, facilitating seal rows, lever rows, and one-arm dumbbell rows.
Beyond its basic functionality, the Gorila Seat integrates seamlessly with our jammer arms, enabling users to concoct a leg press attachment for an expanded exercise repertoire.
