The Gorila 2-in-1 Wall Ball Target is a 12" x 25" dual-ring target that gives you both the 9 ft and 10 ft competition marks in a single mount, so you can train both standards without switching targets or repositioning athletes mid-class. A must for any CrossFit box or serious home gym.

Cut from 7-gauge Canadian steel and powder coated to survive years of daily wall ball volume, it mounts to any Gorila rig or rack with 2.5" x 2.5" or 3" x 3" uprights. The two rings sit 12" apart center to center for accurate height standards on every rep.
