The rack includes a 43” dual pull-up bar with 1.25” and 1.5” diameters, two SH25 J-cups, and two pin/pipe safeties for squats, bench press, and rack pulls at any height. The hole pattern offers 1” spacing through the bench area and 2” spacing above and below, with reference marks every five holes for perfect alignment.

Fully compatible with all Silverback and Mandrill attachments, the SP3 can evolve as your training does. Its 90” uprights and compact 53.5 x 44” footprint make it ideal for both professional facilities and home gyms.
