The Gorila Weight Releasers take your training to the next level by allowing you to perform heavier eccentric lifts, increasing force and power on the concentric phase. Once they touch the ground, the added weight is automatically released, letting you focus on explosive movement.

Their design, you may have noticed, is a little different. We wanted to make loading and unloading easier during your multi-set training sessions, so we added a handle.

You can also use them to add unstable loads on your bars, using the 2 inch hole in the head. Get creative!
