"The assembly of the product was, well, interesting. All I had was the bill of materials. (The CAD drawing basically. ) But I said to myself: come on, you used a bench before. you can do this bro. I successfully assembled it. I was proud. I had at the end 2 extra screws. The Gorila embroidery is beautiful. The build is heavy and strong. I can do seated press in my low-ceiling basement, thanks to this product."
"The adjustable bench has been one of the most practical pieces in my home gym. With a busy job and two kids, my training time is limited, so I need equipment that is efficient and reliable. This bench makes my workouts smoother and more enjoyable. "I love how sturdy this bench is. Made with top quality materials, feels like the thing could out live me. No issues with rocking or wobbling. Height positions are great, lots of flexibility, never had an issue with jumping or collapsing. Used regularly for bench press, barbell hip thrusts, incline dumbell work almost daily for several months now, showing no signs of wear… couldn’t be happier."

"You know when they say a product is over engineered? What does that mean? I think it means it's usually super sturdy and has been engineered and manufactured with the best quality in mind for the price that you're paying (maybe cheaper than what you are getting). If that's the case then this is what I think about this tank of a bench. It's my first high quality (in my opinion) bench. It does what it's supposed to do by supporting your body with a bunch of weight and is fully adjustable to meet my needs. A great addition to my home garage gym and I love it."
"It's been used daily in our housewhole for about 3 years now. We do all sort of bench exercices, some frog reverse hyper, steps on it with shoes like a bazillion time and it is still in a perfect state! I appreciate the tickness and just the right softness when I lay on my back. Sometimes, in public gym the mat feels like a plywood covered in leather, not the Gorilla's. I'm on the small size of women and the smaller part of the bench to sit if you do a seated press, is enough for me. A bigger humain with a bubblelicious butt might find it a little small and feel like you are only seated on the edge. It got wheels and it makes it effortless to move it around. This is an heavy bench and every part of it feels quite sturdy. It worth the price."
