Each plate follows IWF standards:

• Diameter: 450 mm (17.71 in)

• Collar opening: 50.4 mm (1.98 in) with a chrome-plated steel insert for a tight, secure barbell fit

Engineered with a tested Shore A durometer of 94, these plates offer minimal bounce and outstanding impact absorption under heavy use. The high-density rubber resists cracking and ensures a true "dead blow" feel, allowing faster transitions and longer lifespan.
