When you are about to break a PR, every pound matters. Gorila Change Plates let you load in 1LB, 2.5LB, and 5LB steps, so your progression never stalls between fixed plate jumps.

Each plate matches IWF standard colors with a 50.4 mm collar opening for a firm, secure hold on any standard Olympic barbell. The solid rubber coating over a metal core protects your barbell sleeves, keeps noise down, and extends the life of the plate itself. Weight tolerance is held to +/- 10 g, so what you load is what you lift.

Great addition to the gym bag

"I go to a ole regular gym which doesn't have change plates and the amenities of a strength and condition training center.
