"Shipping was quick. And free The product was easy to set up. The product is high quality so I know I'll have it forever no matter how hard I abuse it. It is scary because I am 230 6'3 but you get used to the wobble of the product and its very sturdy. Storing it away is a workout in itself but worth it!"
"I agree with a comment here about the handles. Although we all like "HEAVY DUTY" gear as it may last longer, for something that is supposed to be taken apart regularly I think it is a bit too heavy duty. I think some weight could be shaved without sacrificing any structural integrity. Not a fan of how long it took to ship though (almost 3 months)."
