The Gorila Cross stabilizer. A 43'' crossmember to enhance the stability of your rack. This extra piece assure your rack stay square and add rigidity to your whole power rack. Laser cut holes in the front, Silverback 5/8'' holes pattern, black matte powder coat, you know how we roll.

Suggested area: in the low end of the rack if footplates are not bolted. Could also be used on the high end of the upright (as illustrated) to add extra stability on top. This set-up with your pull-up bar offset in center allow you to use the crossmember to bolt extra accessories on front.

Cross Stabilizer is a must have for the SP3B

"I did some experiments. Experiment 1 This experiment was to build my SP3B power rack using the 2 default pull-up bars. I then went on the side, and pushed against the power rack. The structure moved a little. The power rack feet did not move at all. Experiment 2 In this experiment, I built my SP3B power rack using one pull-up bars on the front side, and the Gorila Cross Stabilizer on the back side. I then went on the side, and pushed against the power rack. The structure did not move at all. The power rack feet did not move at all. Discussion In most exercises like squat, press, deadlift, the force is in the opposite direction of gravity. So we don't care that much about lateral stability of the power rack. Conclusion From these experiments, I conclude that the SP3B should come with 1 pull-up bar and 1 back cross stabilizer instead of 2 pull-up bars. The Rogue RML-390F has that design. The Iron Bull Strength PR1-F from has that design."

A necessity

"I did NOT drill holes in my garage floor and bolt down the rack so truth be told it was a little wobbly. The garage floor might not be perfectly level combined with 500 pds or more being slammed into it when I squat. I am not gentle in equipment and I need sturdy stuff. I added the stabilizers and cross bar to my rack and it was a game changer. Totally satisfied and happy with Gorila. Sent a pic of my messy garage and set up."
