"Ordered the rower on October 13th, received it the 15th, customer service excellent. Perfectly packed and protected, easy to get out of the box. Instructions WITH tool AND battery included(one sheet for assembly). It took less than 15 minutes to unpack, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and assemble. No need to get ANY tools, batteries, nothing, ready to row! When disassembled into the two major parts, very manageable, not heavy at all. The 'feel' of the rower is as I remembered it when last used a few years ago at a gym. Solidly built, runs very smooth. Plenty of youtube videos to ensure proper maintenance, use, tips and tricks.
