Please warm up accordingly. You can, of course, choose to go vest-free for a super challenging bodyweight-only workout.

Vest On Standard Weights — Baseline: 20/14 lbs, Plus 1: 30/20 lbs, Plus 2: 40/30 lbs

  • Baseline – EMOM 20min:
    1. Odd Minutes: 12 Vest Burpees
    2. Even Minutes: 15 Vest Air Squats
  • PLUS 1 – EMOM 20min:
    1. Odd Minutes: 15 Vest Burpees
    2. Even Minutes: 18 Vest Air Squats
  • PLUS 2 – EMOM 20min:
    1. Odd Minutes: 15 Vest Burpees with a 2-sec pause at the bottom
    2. Even Minutes: 18 Vest Jump Squats

    Optional Strength (if equipment available): 4x8 Bench Press or 5x5 Deadlift.
