With a diameter of 25mm and a lightweight design of 10kg (22lb), it offers a perfect balance for developing technique. The shorter shaft length of 66 7/8" is fully rackable, and the 13.25" loadable sleeve provides ample space for weight plates. Built from 70,000 PSI tensile strength steel, this bar can withstand up to 550lbs, ensuring durability as strength increases.
Dual knurl marks cater to both Olympic and powerlifting, while the medium knurl delivers a secure grip without a center knurl for comfort. Finished with black oxide on the shaft and brushed chrome sleeves, this bar is as tough as it is refined.
