The Gorila Venom GHD is our innovative, rack-mounted solution for Glute Ham Raises (Glute Ham Developer). Designed with versatility in mind, it fits Gorila's 2.5" Silverback Series, 3" APE Series, and most true 3x3" racks from other brands. Note: While the 3" fitting works universally with most 3x3 racks, the Venom's main frame uses 2.5" tubing.
