The Gorila Leather Lifting Belt - Lever is a simplistic design with a quick release stainless steel buckle. This is a great option for sets that make you feel like you are about to die: the quick release ensures that you will breathe again in a fraction of a second. Made of light brown vegetable leather 6 to 7 mm thick.
For the sizing: get a fabric measuring tape and measure your waist at belly button height, with your belly sucked in. Try to order the size where you fall comfortably in the range of, not just the minimum or maximum.
