Operational Please give our team 3-8 business days to get your in-stock items order ready and shipped. Some orders might take 1-2 weeks to ship. You will get a tracking number by email as usual.

Manufacturing
Operational Limited Racks & Rigs order will take 4-8 weeks obefore they're ready to ship. Other steel items and benches will also take 4-8 weeks to be built.
Pickups & Dropins
Operational Limited Chambly's Warehouse is closed until further notice, we will make no exceptions. Pick-up terminals are open and following latest safety recommendations. They will add extra delays to your order, read the information page carefully.
Refund, Exchange & Warranty
Operational Limited All requests will be treated as fast as possible. We will need 2-4 weeks to get back to you on those. Most requests will have to wait until all employees return to work before they can be processed.
