Order Fulfillment

Operational, please give our team 2-5 business days to get your in-stock items order ready and shipped. You will get a tracking number by email as usual.

Customer Service

Operational Limited Do not call or email us for an update on your order unless urgent, this will help us reduce our workload and get back to everyone as fast and effectively as possible.

Manufacturing

Operational Limited All orders with “Made to Order” items, placed on or after March 11th are subject to possible additional delay. One of our team member will be in contact with you by March 31th 5pm EST. with details on your order. If you did not get a call or email by then, use the online chat or call our team during business hours.

All “made to order” orders placed after March 24th will be processed in chronological order (first come, first served) on or after April 13th. We are expecting to add 10 business days to our standard delay - If you order a rig on March 28th; your order will be on hold until April 13th + 20-25 business days of production.

Pickups & Dropins

Closed No exceptions will be made, all pickup locations will be closed until further notice.

Refund, Exchange & Warranty

Operational Limited All requests will be treated as fast as possible. Most requests will have to wait until all employees return to work before they can be processed (Scheduled for April 13th, subject to change without notice)
