Designed specifically for the Gorila Phantom Plate Carrier, the Gorila Plate Kits are sold in pairs. The Gorila Phantom weight vest weighs 2 lb so the 14 lb kit weighs 12,4 lb total, that's (2) 6,2 lb plates. Same for the 20 lb kit, it's actually (2) 9,30 lb plates for a total of 18,6 lb.
Those plate are not to be used as body armor.
